entire duration of the lease and any renewal thereof.
3. Move-Out Condition
Upon moving out, lessees shall return the unit in the
same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
4. Building Rules
Lessees shall respect all building rules and regulations
and will be responsible for any penalties incurred due to
their actions.
5. Wall Modifications
Lessees shall not make holes in the walls.
6. Subletting and Lease Transfer
Lessees declare that there will be no Airbnb,
subletting, or lease transfer without the prior written
consent of the lessors.
7. Smoking Policy
The unit shall remain strictly non-smoking at all times.
This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes,
e-cigarettes, and marijuana.
